Before you write, this may already answer it
- Which hand do I order?
- The one you play with. AURO Grip is not symmetrical, so the right-handed and left-handed versions are not interchangeable.
- Does AURO Grip replace my overgrip?
- No. They are complementary. The overgrip wraps onto the handle first and AURO Grip goes on top of it, on the outermost layer where the hand makes contact.
- How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
- Both depend on the destination, so they are calculated and confirmed at checkout before you pay. We do not quote a single figure because it would be wrong for most addresses.
- My order has not arrived, or arrived damaged
- Write to us with your order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged. That is everything we need to start looking into it.
- I run a club or an academy
- Use the subject line “Distribution”. Tell us how many rackets you keep supplied and we will come back with the options for that size.
