What the numbers mean on court

0.65 mm is on the thicker side, deliberately

Most overgrips on the market sit between 0.50 and 0.60 mm. This one is above that range, which leaves a little more between hand and handle. If what you want is the thinnest possible wrap and the most direct feel of the grip underneath, this is not that product, and it is worth knowing before you buy.

Micro-perforated, across the whole strip

The perforations help moisture avoid sitting on the contact face instead of staying there. Smooth wraps offer a more uniform feel and tend to last longer; perforated ones suit players who sweat heavily or play in humid conditions. Neither is better in the abstract — they trade the same qualities in different proportions.

120 cm covers any handle you are likely to own

Padel, tennis, pickleball and platform tennis handles all differ in length, and 120 cm leaves margin on all of them. If you wrap with a wide overlap for a thicker feel you will use more of the strip; a tighter spiral leaves some spare.

Which pack, honestly

Three units is a trial: enough to find out whether the thickness and the perforation suit you before committing. Twelve is a season for someone playing a couple of times a week. Sixty is a club or academy format, and buying it before you have tried the product is the most common way to end up with a box you do not use.

Where it sits if you also use Auro Grip

The order on the handle is: factory base grip, then the overgrip, then Auro Grip on the outside. The overgrip is the consumable contact surface and gets replaced often; Auro Grip is reusable and stays. They solve different problems and most setups use both.

When to replace it

Feel is the reliable signal rather than the calendar. When the surface stops responding the way it did as you close your hand, it has already begun to degrade — and an overgrip can lose much of its tack long before it looks worn.
